How to feel your (difficult) feelings? | Touchful Podcast

If you could say one thing to the whole world, what would it be? One message that would get to the heart and soul of every person on this planet?

I like to ask myself this question. My answers vary on different days, but always revolve around being in touch with yourself and the world.

Today, if I could say one thing to humanity, it would be: it is okay to feel your feelings! It is safe to meet yourself and hold yourself in your emotional waves!

Having said that, I know that it is NOT EASY. Most of us were not lucky enough to learn how to navigate emotions from our parents and other significant others when we were children. So now, to mature and grow up, we need to learn how to swim in the waters of feelings. How to navigate these waters. What to do when a wave of emotions takes us.

Feelings and emotions absolutely fascinate me. Since the beginning of my lomi lomi practice, I was focused on creating the safe space for people to feel. My invitation for Clients has always been: feel yourself – your body, heart, mind, soul.
