Presence is the most precious thing I have – and the most precious thing I can offer. And my presence is here to remind you: the greatest gift you have is your authentic presence.

People reach out to me saying that my presence inspired them to be more authentic, more courageous, loving or calm. I once even heard: being around you is like a transmission. 

I feel deeply humbled by this, or sometimes even slightly overwhelmed… but I get it. 

I prepared a few different offers of PRESENCE, both online and in-person. 

They are definitely not for everybody. Some people will not feel it at all. But if something in the idea of being in my presence touches you, I invite you to use this to activate and heal yourself. 

An hour with me // online

  • We meet online for a deep, beautiful, heart-to-heart talk. This kind of talk that is rooted in love, curiosity, respect and presence. The words that we share will activate you, and the energy that is under the words will touch you.

A day with me // in person

  • This is an in-person activation in my beautiful, cozy house in Arnarstapi, West Iceland. We spend 24 hours together – talking, cooking, being in nature, resting, meditating, creating. You can receive lomi lomi session as well.

Few days with me // in person

  • This is a longer in-person activation in my house in Arnarstapi, that can last 3-4 days. You will be held by me and by the beautiful nature to experience a deep reset for your body, mind and heart. Optionally – you can receive one or more lomi lomi sessions in that time.

  • We spend 5 days together online through voice notes and messages on Telegram. You receive my real-time guidance, reflections, activations, contemplations, and the kind of support that changes you deeply.
