I know quite a lot about tensions. After all, I professionally help people to release tensions on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
I thought I was a specialist on my own tensions, too. That was until I started to play the violin. The amount of tensions I created in my body from trying to hard and too much, was extraordinary! But I learned a valuable lesson: how to loosen the grip. Not just in violin playing, but in life.
