I had lomi lomi session with a new Client the other day. After the session, the only thing that she kept repeating was: wow… wow… this is… I feel… wow!

This situation, as well as the talk we had later, inspired me to record a podcast episode about exactly this: about wowness and how to practice it. How to learn to feel goodand let the goodness in. And because I never share with you something that I haven’t practiced first, this episode is full not only of lomi stories, but examples from my life and how I cultivate wowness, how I teach my nervous system that it is safe to feel that good- not only after the session of lomi lomi, but daily.
