I feel so – nomen omen – grateful to come to you with another episode of Touchful Podcast. One about gratitude. Embodied gratitude.
My intention was to dive deeper into gratitude, understood as a feeling of true appreciation for everything that brings meaning to our lives. But also, gratitude understood as a conscious, deliberate practice, a training that results in more meaningful connections with ourselves, others and the whole world.
In order to do that, over the last few months I’ve been training my gratitude muscles and observing how attitude of gratitude has changed the way I experience life.
I share my practices and observations in this episode. I also share some of your reasons to feel grateful!
