17. When life feels RIGHT. How I embody the Hawaiian concept of pono | PODCAST

This episode is inspired by my favorite Hawaiian word: PONO. On the surface level, you can translate it as goodness, uprightness, morality or excellence. But I like to dive deeper into more profound meanings of pono.

When something is PONO, it is as it should be, naturally and gracefully. In perfect order. At ease. Reflecting the true nature of things.

In this episode I use the word pono as a doorway to speak about living life from deep embodiment of truth, righteousness and ease. I hope you will enjoy listening to it!
